Sunset Magazine has covered it twice. Outside Magazine's second story is on its way USA Today has featured it twice for Real Estate and Vacations and more press is coming. The media has picked up on this sweet little town, tucked between a ski resort, Schweitzer and beautiful Lake Pend Oreille with 75 miles of beachfront. Eighty percent of the land here is designated public land. It's not just any town. It's rich in history of logging and trains, artists discovered it in the 60s, and outdoor enthusiasts have been discovering the beauty ever since. Now it's the talk of the Northwest as people look to buying Real Estate for vacation spots, retirement areas, horse property and safe communities to raise their families.
